ELIGIBILITY: You must sign up to receive BLAST! Weekly (aka CliqueList). CliqueList members must be 13 or older to join. Contests and Giveaways are open to legal U.S. residents, ages 13 and over. You may only win if you have not won anything from Shout-Outs.com, llc. within the last 90 days.
